This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed with HairHeaven.



 

Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation via PayFast or any other approved payment gateway.
  • Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • HairHeaven reserves the right to delay processing if payment verification is required.






Delivery Areas

 

  • HairHeaven delivers nationwide within South Africa.
  • We not do offer international shipping.






Delivery Timeframes



  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party courier services.
  • HairHeaven is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.






Shipping Fees

 

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
  • Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.






Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.






Delivery Address Responsibility

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
  • HairHeaven is not responsible for:
    • Delays
    • Lost parcels
    • Failed deliveries
      resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Re-delivery or reshipping costs will be for the customer’s account.






Proof of Delivery



  • HairHeaven relies on courier Proof of Delivery (POD) as confirmation that an order has been successfully delivered.
  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

(This clause is important for PayFast dispute protection.)





Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels

 

  • HairHeaven will assist in logging courier queries where necessary.
  • We do not issue refunds for parcels delayed by couriers once dispatched.
  • Refunds or replacements for lost parcels are subject to courier investigation outcomes.


 

Damaged Orders



If your order arrives damaged:


  1. Notify HairHeaven within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged item
    • Original packaging

  3. Do not install, wear, or alter the hair

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.


 


Risk & Fraud Prevention



  • HairHeaven reserves the right to cancel or hold orders flagged for fraud risk or payment irregularities, in line with PayFast and Shopify security requirements.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method only.
