Yes. All our hair is 100% human hair unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Can the hair be dyed or styled with heat?

Yes. Our hair can be dyed, straightened, curled, and styled. We recommend professional colouring and using heat protection products.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within South Africa (timelines may vary).

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, used or installed hair cannot be returned.

Unworn and unopened items may be exchanged within 7 days if in original condition.

6. How do I maintain my hair?
